I found the check-in process simple and fast. The staff answered my questions actively. The hotel's proximity to attractions is very convenient, including the metro and bus. I also appreciated being close to many local restaurants away from tourist crowds.
The room was a bit cold. The heat mode on the A/C did not seem to function.
